Jesper Møberg Appointed President and CEO of BORG Automotive Group – Ernst Kildegaard Promoted to Executive Vice President
BORG Automotive Group appoints a new senior leadership team to drive the next phase of growth and launches a new strategic direction, Refine4Future. As part of this development, Jesper Møberg will replace Kim Kruse Andersen as Chief Executive Officer, while Ernst Kildegaard has been promoted to Executive Vice President.
BORG Automotive Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Jesper Møberg as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. Jesper brings a strong strategic profile, deep industry knowledge, and 15 years of experience within BORG Automotive Group.
In his new role, Jesper will lead the Group’s strategic journey under Refine4Future—a new strategic direction focusing on driving sustainable growth and ensuring competitiveness in a rapidly changing market with the goal of strengthening BORG Automotive Group’s position as a leading supplier of remanufactured and newly produced automotive parts.

Experienced Leadership for a New Era
In connection with this transition, Ernst Kildegaard, Chief Supply Chain Officer has been promoted to Executive Vice President. Ernst has made a substantial impact during his time at BORG Automotive Group and has played a key role in driving operational excellence.
After a total of 15 years with BORG Automotive Group across finance, business development, and leadership, Jesper Møberg has most recently served as Chief Financial Officer since 2023, contributing significantly to BORG Automotive Group’s growth and transformation.
