Since its founding in 1975 in Denmark, BORG Automotive Group has grown into one of Europe’s leading remanufacturers and suppliers of automotive spare parts. The Group comprises three specialised business units: BORG Automotive Reman, CPI, and BORG Automotive Newman. While BORG Automotive Reman and CPI remanufacture OE-matching parts for both the aftermarket and OE clients, BORG Automotive Newman expands the portfolio with a broad range of newly produced spare parts.

In 2017 BORG Automotive was bought by the Danish conglomerate Schouw & Co.
